A 29-year-old Manning woman called the Manning Police Department about 7:10 p.m. Feb. 10 and said she wanted to file criminal charges against a 22-year-old Manning woman for "slander."
Private 1st Class Shelton G. Case reported that the supposed victim said the suspect had been telling "everyone that (she) has herpes, and (she did not)."
