A Samsung Galaxy S3 cell phone valued at $200 and a fire-proof box valued at $50 were reportedly stolen from a home in the 3100 block of White and Rivers Road in Pinewood between 9:30 a.m. and 6:58 p.m. Jan. 20. The 57-year-old owner of the home told deputies with the Clarendon County Sheriff's Office that she came home shortly before her complaint to find that the side door of her home had been forced open, and that wood splinters were on the floor along with the door latch.
