A 70-year-old Manning man told deputies about 1:02 p.m. Dec. 23, 2014, that someone used his debit card about 10:50 p.m. Dec. 20, 2014, at a Toys R Us store in Florence, charging about $215.30 in merchandise from the store. The man then canceled the card after his bank advised him of the activity. The bank reported someone attempted to use the card again that night, but it was declined.
