An employee at Vanguard Residential Services, 200 E. Hospital St. in Manning, told deputies with the Clarendon County Sheriff's Office about 7:30 p.m. Nov. 12 that someone shoved a stick through a front window, causing about $300 in damages when it shattered. The woman said she was inside the building and heard glass breaking. No suspect information was given.
