Clarendon voter turnout slightly higher than state average

About 43.4 percent of registered voters in Clarendon County turned out Tuesday for the General Election, slightly higher than the state's average of 43.05. Home Branch had the highest turnout, with 58.5 percent, with Bloomville and Hicks following at 50.9 and 50.2 percent, respectively. Harmony had the lowest turnout, about 19 percent.
