Ruth Charles Washington of 9385 Missy Lane in Pinewood died Sunday, Nov. 2, 2014, at Tuomey Regional Medical Center.
Born Nov. 11, 1933 in Rimini, she was a daughter of the late Jackson and Mattie L. McKnight Charles.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the home of her daughter, the Rev. Melissa W. (Sam) Green, 9365 Missy Lane in Pinewood.
Funeral plans for Ruth Charles Washington will be announced by Community Funeral Home of Sumter.
