Clarendon County Voter Registration and Elections has announced changes for four Clarendon County precincts for the Nov. 4 general election. Voters in Summerton No. 1 will vote at St. Matthias Episcopal Church, 9. N. Dukes St. in Summerton. This is a change from Summerton Town Hall. Voters in Manning No. 3 will vote in Council Chambers at the Clarendon County Administration Building. This is a change from the Woodmen of the World building. Voters in Barrows Mill and Oakdale will vote at Friendship Presbyterian Church USA, 10123 Black River Road in New Zion.
