A Kershaw County councilman arrested Wednesday by the Clarendon County Sheriff's Office and charged with disposing of a property with a lien on it has been released from the Clarendon County Detention Center.
Sammie Tucker was granted a $10,000 personal recognizance bond by Clarendon Magistrate Patrick Goodwin on Wednesday evening, just a couple of hours after his arrest.
