Broken-down 18-wheeler shuts down 122 entry ramp for I-95 southbound

A broken-down 18-wheeler in the entry ramp at mile-marker 122 for the southbound lanes of Interstate 95 in Alcolu has closed the ramp. The S.C. Highway Patrol and other agencies are assisting the truck, but have blocked the ramp for a few hours.
