Two Manning students headed to USC Upstate

Two Manning residents are a part of more than 1,800 students to enroll for the fall semester at the University of South Carolina Upstate in Spartanburg. Tiffany Chick and Regina James will attend with 1,817 other students this fall. The University of South Carolina Upstate offers more than 40 bachelor's degree programs in the liberal arts and sciences, business administration, nursing and teacher education, and master's degrees in education, informatics and nursing.
