The certification was administered by the board of Certification for Emergency Nursing.
"Certification in emergency nursing is a nationally recognized credential that represents Walker's commitment to excellence in the profession of emergency nursing, and to providing the highest quality of care to her patients," a release from BCEN states. "Completing the voluntary certification process is a symbol of emergency nurses' dedication to their profession and their patients."
