SUMTER - Gable native Travis McAdams was named a Gold Medallion Scholar for the 2013-14 academic year at the University of South Carolina Sumter. To qualify for inclusion, students must have completed at least 30 hours at a USC campus, with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0, while also achieving a 3.95 GPA for the fall 2013 and spring 2014 semesters. Students must also be registered for 12 or more hours at the Sumter campus, with at least six hours of USC Sumter courses.
