The Manning Youth Council is now accepting applications from students in ninth through 12th grades who attend Laurence Manning Academy or Manning High School and who are Clarendon County residents. Students may also be home schooled. The Youth Council will serve Manning by planning and implementing social, educational, recreational and other activities for the youth and communities.
Students will also learn about the city government in a fun environment.
