The S.C. Highway Patrol, Clarendon County EMS and other emergency responders are currently working a wreck with injuries at the 120 mile-marker in the northbound lanes of Interstate 95. No other information is available at this point. Traffic will be slower during this time. The wreck happened about 1:50 p.m., according to reports.
