Bernard Lathaniel Brogdon of 37 Heritage Lane in New Zion pleaded guilty Aug. 14 before 3rd Circuit Judge R. Ferrell Cothran during a session of Clarendon County General Sessions Court to possession of less than one gram of meth or crack cocaine, first offense, and received three years in prison and a $500 fine, suspended to time-served, a $200 fine and one year of probation.
