TURBEVILLE - Doris Ann Burgess Corbett, 71, wife of Bobby Glenn Corbett Sr., died Thursday, Aug. 7, 2014, at Lake City Scranton Nursing Facility.
Born in Clarendon County, she was a daughter of the late Julian Hazel Burgess Sr. and Doris Fleming Burgess. She was a homemaker and a member of New Zion United Methodist Church.
Survivors besides her husband of Turbeville include a daughter, Melissa Corbett (Michael) Gray of Coward; a son, Bobby Glenn (Amy) Corbett, Jr. of Paxville; A sister, Betty (Ernest) Broach of Florence; A brother, Julian Hazel (Kathy) Burgess Jr. Of New Zion; and six grandchildren, Dusty (Melissa) Hutchinson, Caleb Hutchinson, IsaBella Gray, Scarlett Gray, Lexi Corbett and Hunter Corbett.
Funeral services for Doris Ann Burgess Corbett will be held 3 p.m. Monday, Aug. 11, 2014, at Floyd Funeral Home Chapel.
Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Aug. 10, 2014, at the funeral home.
