Woman sends man text threatening to pawn his stuff

A man living in the 200 block of North Church Street in Manning told police about 8 p.m. July 26 that a woman he allowed in his home while he was away allegedly stole a portable phone charger, a wireless speaker and a pair of purple Nike tennis shoes, altogether valued at $230. He said the woman later sent him a tex message, which said, "U betta call da cops cuz I will be pawning some stuff ASAP b---h (sic)."
