The Brothers United Outreach Program will hold a Back-to-School Bash from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 16 at Emmanuel Baptist Church on Old Georgetown Road in Manning. Admission will be $2 per child, $5 per adult. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Admission covers food, fun, games, school supplies and prizes. Sheldon Smith will be offering free haircuts from 10 a.m. to noon for boys ages 12 and younger. No designs. Boys must sign-in prior to getting haircuts.
