Dispatch reported speeds of up to 105 mph. The vehicle was spotted at a plant in the 2000 block of Ram Bay Road after an alarm there went off. Goodwin granted Brown, 45, of 2929 Winters Hill Road in Manning, two $15,000 surety bonds on charges of felony DUI resulting in death and felony DUI resulting in great bodily injury. Born April 10, 1926, in Turbeville, she was a daughter of the late Downing Kennedy and Katie Gamble Kennedy. She attended Walker Gamble Public School in New Zion, and joined Melina Presbyterian Church in Gable at an early age. She did domestic work for several years. Clarendon County Coroner Hayes F. Samuels said Sunday that Maurelio Deleon of 1258 Audrey Lane died from apparent blunt force trauma to the chest and neck. No autopsy will be performed. Tammy Brown, 45, of 2929 Winters Hill Road in Manning, has been charged with one count each of felony DUI resulting in death and felony DUI resulting in great bodily injury. Posted on August 31, 2014 8:08 am by Robert Joseph BakerTammy Brown, 45, was charged with two counts of felony DUI early Sunday morning after allegedly causing a vehicle wreck about 11:55 p.m. Saturday on S.C. 261 near Boyd Road in Manning that killed a 34-year-old Manning man and sent another to a Florence hospital. According to the S.C. Highway Patrol, Brown was driving a 1999 Hyundai behind the deceased driver’s 1994 Dodge Dakota when she struck the truck in the back, causing the truck to run off the road and strike a tree. Sgt. Kraft said it issued the voluntary recall because the improper storage temperature could lead to spoilage or food borne illness. It didn’t specify the ingredient that was improperly stored. No illnesses have yet been reported. The recall includes products with “Best When Used By” dates of Feb. 20, 2015, and Feb. 21, 2015. The recalled singles were sold in 12-, 16- and 64-ounce packages.
