Manning Mayor Julia Nelson will make herself available to residents and business owners of the city of Manning from 9-11 a.m. Saturday at Manning City Hall, 29 W. Boyce St. in Manning. This is an opportunity for the public to express their concerns and ideas regarding city business. Schedule an appointment by 5 p.m. Friday with Daun Davis at (803) 435-8477, ext. 121. Residents should enter City Hall through the North Mill Street entrance.
