Pamela Renee Harvin, 35, of 1221 Westwood Drive, was charged with criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature July 12, and was released July 14 on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond. According to reports from the Manning Police Department, a man told police that Harvin hit him that day, causing a “bleeding wound” on his upper arm. He said Harvin was going to hit him again, but he took the hammer from her.
The Clarendon County Public Court Index shows Harvin has two previous convictions for CDV, including one in 2002 for which she received 30 days in jail, and another from 2011 for which she was ordered to undergo CDV counseling or spend 30 days in jail.
