Julius Dukes and Gloria Frierson will face off at the polls today, with voters in the District 5 special election runoff heading to the Cypress Center between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. The winner of tonight's election will fill the unexpired term of the late Gregory Witherspoon, who died March 20. Witherspoon was unchallenged in his bid for another term and won by default April 8.
