The S.C. Highway Patrol and other emergency responders are working a vehicle wreck between the 124 and 126 mile-markers in the southbound lanes of Interstate 95 near Alcolu. The vehicle has hit a tree, according to reports. There were no injuries and no entrapment. Traffic may be slower during this time.
