District 5 will have to wait two more weeks before a winner is declared for that seat on Manning City Council. Julius Dukes Jr. and Gloria Frierson were Tuesday's top candidates, garnering 40 and 31 votes, respectively.
Sharmane Anderson came in third with 28, and Louis Griffith netted 26. Results will be certified Thursday morning.
The run-off will be held July 22.
