Voters in Clarendon County precincts Manning 3 and Barrow's Mill will be moved to other locations today for the Democratic and Republican runoff races. Polls in all Clarendon precincts are open through 7 p.m.
Manning 3, typically at the Woodmen of the World building on Rudy Road, will be held instead at the Voter Registration Office at the Clarendon County Administration Building on Sunset Drive. Barrow's Mill voters will move to the Oakdale precinct at Friendship Presbyterian Church on S.C. 527.
