Former attorney general Henry McMaster is leading Mike Campbell 2-1 in the lieutenant governor's race, with nine of 46 counties reporting numbers in the runoff. McMaster has 66.1 percent of the vote, while Campbell has 33.9 percent of the vote. Clarendon County has not reported all its numbers yet.
