Clarendon County GOP Chairman Moye Graham - also the 6th Congressional District GOP Chairman - received the James B. Edwards Award on Friday night in Columbia during the GOP's Silver Elephant Banquet at the Columbia Hilton. The award, which was presented by state GOP Chairman Matt Moore, is named after the first Republican governor elected since Reconstruction. Edwards was elected to office in 1981 during a special statewide election.
