The S.C. Highway Patrol is responding to a vehicle wreck at the 110 mile-marker in the southbound lanes of Interstate 95. The wreck, which happened about 2:09 p.m. Wednesday, had no reported injuries, according to real-time traffic information provided by SCHP. Traffic will likely be slower during the next hour.
