According to reports, deputies responded to the Clarendon Memorial Hospital emergency room after medical personnel reported a heavily intoxicated 14-year-old girl who was “unresponsive to verbal commands” and covered in vomit. Busques posted a $1,000 surety bond for each count the day after his arrest to gain his release from the Clarendon County Detention Center.
