Manning resident Ingra Talley was celebrating her own victories over cervical and colon cancer on Friday during Relay for Life, but she was also honoring her twin sister's memory as well. Taningra Talley succumbed to breast cancer in 2008, Ingra said.
"I come here for her, and I come here to celebrate life with other survivors," Talley said. "Relay means moving forward to me. It's like someone passing the baton to someone else, saying, 'You keep going. You can do this.'"
