Five-year cancer survivor Billy Bowers spoke to a packed crowd at the Clarendon County Relay for Life Survivors' Reception held Monday night at Manning United Methodist Church. Organizers estimated that about 220 survivors and their caregivers came out to celebrate life and honor those who have succumbed to the many different types of cancer. "This is the largest crowd I think I've ever seen at this event," said Pat Fenters, co-coordinator of the Relay for Life Survivors Support Group for Clarendon County.
