Man arrested for manufacturing, trafficking meth

A man arrested on Sunday by the S.C. Highway Patrol has been granted a $7,000 cash or surety bond for drug-related charges and a $1,729.50 cash or surety bond on other charges. Mark William Bybee of Cleveland, Ohio, was arrested by Trooper J.P. DuBose and charged with trafficking meth in the amount of 28 grams or more; driving under the influence; driving without a license; littering; disposal of meth waste; and manufacturing of meth, first offense. Clarendon County Detention Center Director Shelton Hughes said Wednesday that DuBose is stil in custody.
