Man arrested for manufacturing, trafficking meth

A man arrested on Sunday by the S.C. Highway Patrol has been granted a $7,000 cash or surety bond for drug-related charges and a $1,729.50 cash or surety bond on other charges.

j.p.-duboseMark William Bybee of Cleveland, Ohio, was arrested by Trooper J.P. DuBose and charged with trafficking meth in the amount of 28 grams or more; driving under the influence; driving without a license; littering; disposal of meth waste; and manufacturing of meth, first offense. Clarendon County Detention Center Director Shelton Hughes said Wednesday that DuBose is stil in custody.

    I think this report needs a correction. I don’t believe Trooper DuBose is in custody.
