Voting for District 2 for Manning City Council will be held from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Today at the Billie S. Fleming Protective Services Building on Boyce Street. Incumbent Diane Georgia is facing Janice Reed Coney. Voting is limited to District 2 residents only. Meanwhile, Summerton voters will choose between Terrance Tindal and Mac Bagnal for mayor there at Town Hall.
