A controlled burn near the area of Interstate 95 and Old Georgetown Road in Manning that got out of control about 3:45 p.m. Thursday is now under control, according to Clarendon County dispatchers. Clarendon County firefighters and officials from the S.C. Forestry Commission responded to the blaze.
