Third Circuit Worthless Check Prosecutor Bobbie Reaves, a member of the Manning Rotary Club, brought two speakers to the club's weekly meeting on Wednesday at the F.E. DuBose Center outside of Manning. The speakers discussed domestic violence, particularly South Carolina's status as the No. 1 place in the nation where women die due to abuse in the home.
