Phones for The Manning Times and other FTC customers that were out briefly Friday afternoon appear to be working again. FTC announced on its Facebook page that it was having some issues with lines in Clarendon and Sumter counties on Friday afternoon. "We apologize for this afternoon's interruption in landline telephone service," a post reads. "All services should be restored." If your service is not restored, report it via the FTC website, or call 611 from your FTC Wireless phone. INITIAL LINK: FTC having issues with Clarendon phone lines
