A Summerton man accused in 2011 of killing his 9-month-old son and the boy's grandmother will face a jury this week in Clarendon County. Justin Jermaine Johnson, 24, faces two counts of murder; one count of attempted murder; one count of kidnapping; one count of possession of a weapon during a violent crime; and one count of first-degree burglary. He was charged April 6, 2011, with the shooting deaths of Jayden Caraway and 59-year-old Maxine Caraway at the woman's home on Carissa Lane near Alcolu. The jury for Johnson's trial will be picked today, and the trial is expected to last the week. Manninglive.com will provide updates throughout.
