Terrance Lavon Watson, a former employee of the Clarendon County Detention Center accused nearly two weeks ago of using an inmate's credit card for personal expenses, has been released from the jail on a personal recognizance bond. Watson, 33, of 3832 St. Paul Road in Summerton, is charged with two counts of financial transaction card fraud, according to warrants. Watson allegedly paid a GEICO insurance bill with a former inmate's credit card information in November, about three weeks after the inmate had been released.
