Gov. Haley: 51,491 SC residents without power still

Gov. Nikki Haley announced via Facebook this morning that 51,491 South Carolinians continue to be without power today due to the effects of Winter Storm Pax. In Clarendon, Santee Electric is still reporting more than 4,100 without power as of Monday morning.
She said volunteers are needed throughout the state to help move debris to the side of roads. She said the focus is on homes of the elderly or those with special needs throughout the state.
