Clarendon Health System announced last week that Dr. Julie A. Mullins is now seeing patients at Palmetto's Women's Healthcare. An obstetrician and gynecologist who earned her medical degree in West Virginia, Mullins previously worked at Palmetto Health Baptist in Columbia for five years. Palmetto Women's Healthcare is located in the Cypress Center behind Clarendon Memorial Hospital in downtown Manning.
