WILLIAM A. RICHBURG III

ALCOLU - William Arthur "Bill" Richburg III, 43, husband of Regina Marie Fry "Gina" Richburg, died Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2014, at his home.

Born Dec. 7, 1970, in Manning, he was a son of Lloyd Wendell Richburg and Dorothy Adelade Coker Richburg. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran, an HVAC maintenance technician for Clarendon School District 2, a Clarendon County Recreational Department softball coach, and a member of Little Star Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Survivors besides his wife and parents of Alcolu include two daughters, Kristina Marie Richburg and Jennifer Nicole Richburg, both of Alcolu; a brother, Christopher Lloyd (Kasey) Richburg of Sumter; a sister, Melisa Tara Miller (Matthew) of Chesapeake, Va.; maternal grandmother, Dorothy Isabelle Coker; five nephews; and three nieces.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Stephens Funeral Home, and other times at the home.

A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at Little Star Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Jason Wilson officiating. Burial with military honors will follow in Clarendon Memorial Gardens.

Per Bill's request, dress for the funeral is Carolina Gamecock game day attire, not suits or ties.

Chris Richburg, Matt Miller, Lawrence Preast, Tracy Childers, Rodney Richburg, Kaleb Hall, Raynor Golston and Logan Miller will serve as pallbearers pallbearers.
